Returns Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Fish Finity prides ourselves on unparalleled product quality. All our orders go through a 3-step quality check before we ship items out. However, if a damaged or mislabeled item was accidentally let through our rigorous quality control, or was damaged during shipment, we take full responsibility & will provide a free replacement, along with a free return shipping label.
To start a return, we will make our best effort to get back to you as quickly as possible during regular business hours, Monday-Friday, from 8:30am to 5:30pm EST. you can contact us at SUPPORT@FISHFINITY.COM or chat with us directly through our online chat feature. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return. If eligible and your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label that you will receive by email, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue & make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Fish Finity only offers refunds for damaged or mislabeled products, not for buyer's remorse. Wrongly ordered sizes won't be eligible for refunds either, but by chance if it was a wrongfully sent product on our part, we will make it right. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Order was lost in transit
All of Fish Finity's shipping methods have tracking, although the accuracy may differ for some carriers. If it's passed the estimated delivery date & you still haven't received your order, the package might be lost in transit. Your items might just be stuck at some point during delivery. Please give a couple or more days for the package to show up. If the package still hasn't arrived, let us know no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding your order.
Confirm that the shipping address is correct, complete, & legible if it's past the estimated delivery time. Make sure that the city in the address provided matches its ZIP code, you can use this USPS ZIP code lookup to verify.
If the address was correct, & your package still hasn't arrived, we recommend getting in touch with your local post office to see if your order is there. You can also check in with your neighbors to ask if they might have seen your package. If the address was incorrect, then the package will be sent back to the return address & we'll contact you for an updated address when we receive the package, then you'll have to submit a new order to replace the original. We will update the shipping address & reship it for you. Please note that you'd be responsible for the shipping costs, so let us know how you'd like to proceed. If your shipment status is confirmed as delivered, we recommend you inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery staff. Please note that we don't cover refunds due to carrier errors.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, & once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received & inspected your return, & let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or provided with store credit. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process & post the refund too.
